Refund Policy

Every piece is hand screen-printed with care. Due to the nature of our production process, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.

Refunds (Defects Only)

We initiate refunds or replacements only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Major printing defects.

  • Product received in damaged condition.

  • Incorrect product shipped.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size ordered.

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences.

  • Slight print variations inherent to hand screen printing.

  • Courier delays.

Reporting a Defect :

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Order number.

  2. Clear photos of the issue.

  3. Description of the defect.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

If approved:

  • A replacement/exchange orders will be delivered within 7-10 days (subject to availability), or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the conditions mentioned below within 2-3 days.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Approved defective items

  • Approved size exchange requests

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

Size Exchange:

If you wish to exchange for a different size:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All delivery charges (return + re-shipping) must be paid by the customer

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.

  • We will provide return instructions after approval.

  • We are not responsible for lost returns; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
